Terms and Conditions

This document is about money. How a business pays for a package and a deposit, how CPA is calculated, and how a blogger is paid. The rules of conduct are in the Terms of Service.

1. The offer

The terms of a specific job are in the offer: scheme (barter, fixed fee, CPA, or hybrid), format, audience, deadline, amount or percentage, tracking window, and content-rights level. The blogger accepts the offer as a whole. Until both sides confirm the deal, there is no duty to publish.

2. Business packages

The business cabinet runs on a monthly subscription. There are three packages: Lite, Most Popular, and Pro. Prices without VAT are published on the business page and in the subscription cabinet. Lite is for offline offers and escrow. Most Popular and Pro open online offers, CPA, and connecting a site. The limit on simultaneous offers is the one shown on the package card at the time of payment.

A paid period lasts one month from the successful payment. A trial, if a staff member granted it, runs until the date in the cabinet and does not replace payment. The subscription invoice is issued for the period and is due in 7 days. Estonian VAT of 22% is added to the package price.

3. Offline and escrow

For an offline deal the business pays a deposit equal to the blogger’s fee. The platform holds the money until the service is confirmed. The deposit is an advance, not a platform service: the deposit invoice has no VAT and is due within 3 days. After payment the blogger makes the visit and delivers the content.

If the deal falls through and the deposit has not yet been paid to the blogger, admin or support refunds it to the business through Montonio. The refund closes the dispute linked to that deal.

4. CPA and attribution

On a CPA offer the blogger receives a percentage of sales attributed to them. The method is in the offer: a manual report, a plugin on the business site, or an API. The WordPress plugin looks at the promo code, the utm_source=lindme_… tag, and the referrer. On the business site the first tag is stored in the lindme_utm and lindme_ref cookies for 90 days. The first match wins.

The window during which sales still count for the blogger is set in the offer. The usual value is 3 months. The business’s CPA invoice is issued after the window closes, is due in 3 days, and includes 22% VAT.

5. Invoices and payment

An invoice number looks like LM-YYYY-NNNNNN. Card and bank payment goes through Montonio, on its payment page. Lindme does not store the card number. An unpaid invoice blocks the new cabinet actions that invoice covers: without a subscription there is no package, and without a deposit an offline deal does not start.

The seller named on the invoice is the operator’s legal entity for the payer’s country. The platform’s main operator is currently It Solutions Group OÜ.

6. Payouts to the blogger

A fixed fee and a confirmed deposit are paid to the IBAN the blogger entered for an OÜ or FIE. Barter closes by handing over the product, not money: the offer states a description and an approximate retail price. The CPA percentage is paid after the business has paid the matching invoice.

7. Content rights

The rights level is chosen in the offer: publication stays with the blogger, the business may repost, use the clip in paid ads, or receive the source files. If a level states a term in months and a separate price, the licence applies only within those limits. Anything wider than the offer has to be agreed separately.

8. Deal disputes

A dispute is opened from the deal. Support looks at the messages, the content link, and the attribution data. The decision on a deposit is a payout to the blogger or a refund to the business. The platform does not reassess product quality and does not compensate lost profit.

9. Tax and DAC7

The business and the blogger are responsible for their own taxes. The platform adds 22% VAT to its own services (the subscription and the CPA invoice) and sends EMTA the information DAC7 requires. That is why a payout is possible only to a registered activity.
