Terms of Service
These terms describe how to use Lindme. Money, packages, escrow, and CPA are in a separate Terms and Conditions document. Registering or signing in means you accept both.
1. The service
Lindme connects bloggers and businesses. A business publishes an offer: barter, a fixed fee, a percentage of sales (CPA), or a hybrid. The blogger chooses the offer. Formats are a feed reel, UGC for the business’s channels, stories, an ambassadorship, a giveaway, or an offline visit.
The operator is It Solutions Group OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. The platform is an intermediary. The contract for a specific publication is between the business and the blogger on the offer’s terms. The platform runs the cabinet, moderation, the invoice, the deposit, and sales attribution.
2. Who can register
You must be at least 18. A business registers with an 8-digit Estonian registry code. A blogger creates a profile as a content creator. Blogger payouts go only to an OÜ or FIE: the platform does not pay a private person without a registered activity, because of DAC7.
One person is responsible for the accuracy of the account and for keeping the password. Staff and bookkeeper partners are created by an administrator. Those roles cannot self-register.
3. Moderation
New bloggers and businesses are reviewed. The platform may ask for a social account, registry data, and confirmation that the audience is not inflated. An application can be declined. A published offer can be taken down if it breaks these terms or the law.
4. How a deal works
The blogger applies to an offer and the business confirms. Deal status, the content deadline, and the check method are then visible in the cabinet. An offline visit starts after the deposit is paid. An online sale counts under the offer’s attribution rules.
Amounts, VAT, invoice due dates, and deposit refunds are described in the Terms and Conditions.
5. Content and advertising
The blogger publishes the promised format by the offer deadline and labels the ad as the audience’s country requires, including EU rules on disclosing a commercial message. A paid placement must not be presented as an independent review.
The business gives an accurate description of the product, price, and promotion. An offer must not cover illegal goods or services, hidden sales of prohibited categories, or material that infringes third-party rights.
6. What you must not do
- Inflate followers, reach, or sales.
- Share cabinet access with outsiders or bypass moderation.
- Take a deal off the platform when the contact came through Lindme.
- Upload malicious code to an integration, a plugin, or a site connected to CPA.
- Collect other users’ data outside the deal.
7. Intellectual property
The interface, the name lindme, and the platform code belong to the operator. The blogger’s content stays with the blogger. The licence the business receives is set by the offer: publication on the blogger’s account, a business repost, paid ads, or source files — and a term in months if one is stated.
The public creator card shows the profile data the blogger filled in for the storefront.
8. Liability
The platform does not promise reach, sales, or a specific ROI. Attribution shows orders that matched a promo code, UTM, or referrer under the offer’s rules. It does not replace the business’s own accounting.
The operator is not responsible for users’ publications or for the quality of the business’s goods. The operator’s job is to run the payment, the deposit, and moderation under the cabinet rules. The operator’s liability is limited to the fees and subscription the user paid the platform in the three months before the event, except where Estonian law does not allow that limit.
9. Blocking and deletion
An account can be blocked for breaking these terms, faking metrics, or unpaid invoices. You can request deletion in the cabinet’s GDPR section. Financial records are kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
10. Law and changes
The law of the Republic of Estonia applies. Support reviews a dispute first. If that does not resolve it, the courts of Estonia do. A consumer keeps the mandatory rights of their country of residence where those rights apply.
Material changes are published here and emailed at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the new version.
